What would you do if you knew you could make a difference in someone’s life today? Gulf Coast Women, is a unique charitable opportunity benefitting the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Gulf Coast Women, a donor advised fund underneath the Bacot Foundation South Mississippi, is exclusive to women, like you, living along the Mississippi Gulf Coast in Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock counties. It is unique to our area and is long overdue. It is time we step up as a community to help those in need right here at home.
Gulf Coast Women is comprised of local women. Each will donate $1,020 as a charitable contribution. Each year the group will vote on a single nonprofit organization to receive monies. Gulf Coast Women will be under the fiscal umbrella of the Bacot Foundation of South Mississippi. Gulf Coast Women has control over the decision-making process when it comes to the recipient of the monies. This decision will be solely determined by one vote from each of the women, with majority ruling. One organization along the coast will be the recipient of the entire amount so the donation will have maximum impact.
Please contact us if you are interested in joining us in a rare grass roots endeavor that will impact a large majority of nonprofit organizations in Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock counties now... and hopefully for many years to come. You are welcome to share this opportunity with friends, however, space is limited to the first 50 women who commit. Ultimately, our goal is to empower women like you to award large grants that will transform lives. I hope this is your goal, too.
